Peter Culverhouse Memorial Trust's Thames Barge Trip, September 2006

We were blessed with ideal sailing conditions for the Peter Culverhouse Memorial Trust's Thames Barge Trip on Sunday 10th September, which was organised by our founder, Mr, Paul Donovan.

We were welcomed on board with a glass of champagne, enjoyed whilst Tower Bridge was being raised for us to pass through. Sailing down to the Thames Barrier, we enjoyed a superb lunch, with the sights of London looking at their best in the brilliant sunshine. Tower Bridge was raised for us once again and our Barge was watched, cheered, and photographed by many tourists standing on the Bridge.

The occasion was thoroughly enjoyed by all 50 supporters on board and around 2000 was raised for the PCMT.
